BARCELONA

Barcelona: here we come! Two months have already gone by since I´ve moved in this beautiful city... still pretty cold but at least it´s sunny and dry! Not really missing Dublin weather, and my fixie enjoys very much the dry and flat roads of Barcelona. Living with Mark & Mark, boht Irish, makes me feel that not all links with old Ireland have gone, I´m stil surrrounded by lots of CRAIC and irish humour. Need some tips of what Barca looks like? Good Bye, Ireland

It all begun july 17th, 2002, when I arrived at Limerick with two pieces of luggage and lot of excitment. No one could expect that I would be linked to this Island for more than 5 years. When I think of all the people I met, all the jobs I've had, the places I've gone, the houses I've lived in, I really believe that these years have been more than intense, happiness and difficulties have marked each day. The year spent in Milan with Tourism Ireland was a nice break between Limerick and Dublin, however I'd like to say that the experience in the Big Smoke was not an adventure as the years in the wild west of the Stab City... Leaving Dublin on the 11th of November is like closing a chapter in my life. I will bring with me not just my luggage and my fixed wheel: memories, love, friendships and the gratitude to this beautiful country and its nice people will always be with me.

Hi! This what my mother taught me... the original apple cake! and it was delicious even though the Apples were Tesco Value and we could not use the Cinnamon!

Cycling Delta Ebro

L'Ampolla - Delta Ebre - Sant Charles de la Rápita. That was the route I followed through the Delta of The Ebro river. Thank you to the thousands of birds which sang along my way and the moon who lighted my track back from Plaja del Trabucador.

Buongiorno a Tutti!

finalmente e' pronto il video di Capodanno 2006... un capodanno strano e insolito, in quanto fino all'ultimo non era ben chiaro come avremmo festeggiato l'anno nuovo..E come sempre l'effetto sorpresa ha dato brillanti risultati: ottima cena grazie alle prelibatezze di Mauro & Rossella ( un ringraziamento speciale anche alla sua mamma per i dolci calabresi), vino a volonta' e intrattenimento firmato "Raf".
